Our current market is starting to stabilize a bit, but it is still a bit unbalanced. There are a lot of homes on the market and buyers are buying, but not fast enough. We had 347 new listings in May 2009 to make a grand total of 1,978 listings in the Wenatchee Valley Market. Of those 1,978 listings, 78 sold. That still leaves us with 25.36 months worth of inventory according to our North Central Washington Association of Realtors information. It is still a buyer's market, but I believe that will start to change by 2010. Stay tuned as I will be posted new numbers periodically...
